המערכת הזו היא כלי פנימי של אלדד אהרוני (עוסק מורשה, ישראל), שמפעיל את חשבון האינסטגרם העסקי @eldad_aharoni. הכלי מגיב אוטומטית לתגובות ולהודעות שאנשים בוחרים לשלוח לחשבון, ושולח בחזרה קישור לתוכן חינמי שהם ביקשו.
איזה מידע נאסף
- שם המשתמש והמזהה שלך באינסטגרם, וכן שם התצוגה ותמונת הפרופיל.
- תוכן התגובה או ההודעה ששלחת לחשבון, ומועד השליחה.
- האם אתה עוקב אחרי החשבון, כפי שאינסטגרם מדווח.
- אילו הודעות המערכת שלחה לך, והאם לחצת על הקישור שנשלח.
- כתובת מייל, רק אם מסרת אותה מרצונך כדי לקבל תוכן במייל.
המערכת אינה אוספת סיסמאות, פרטי תשלום, מיקום, אנשי קשר, או תוכן שלא נשלח ישירות לחשבון.
למה משתמשים במידע
- לזהות איזו מילת מפתח כתבת, ולשלוח לך את התוכן החינמי המתאים.
- למנוע שליחה כפולה של אותה הודעה.
- לשלוח תזכורת אחת אם לא פתחת את הקישור, בתוך חלון 24 השעות של אינסטגרם.
- להוסיף אותך לרשימת הדיוור, רק אם ביקשת זאת.
- לספור כמה פניות היו, לצורך שיפור התוכן. הספירה מצטברת ואינה משמשת לפרסום ממוקד.
עם מי המידע נחלק
המידע אינו נמכר ואינו מושכר לאף אחד. הוא נשמר אצל ספקי תשתית שמעבדים אותו עבורנו בלבד: Vercel (אחסון והרצת השרת), ספק בסיס נתונים מנוהל, ו"רב מסר" (מערכת הדיוור הישראלית) — לכתובת המייל בלבד ורק אם מסרת אותה. אנחנו חולקים מידע עם רשות מוסמכת רק אם חוק מחייב אותנו.
כמה זמן נשמר
נתוני שיחה ואירועים נשמרים עד 24 חודשים ואז נמחקים. כתובת מייל נשמרת ברשימת הדיוור עד שאתה מסיר את עצמך, בלחיצה על קישור ההסרה שמופיע בתחתית כל מייל.
הזכויות שלך
אתה רשאי לבקש לראות את המידע ששמור עליך, לתקן אותו, או למחוק אותו לגמרי. בקשה נענית תוך 30 יום. הדרך למחיקה מיידית מפורטת בעמוד מחיקת מידע.
אבטחה
התקשורת מוצפנת ב-HTTPS. הגישה לבסיס הנתונים מוגבלת לשרת האפליקציה בלבד. כל פנייה נכנסת מאינסטגרם נבדקת בחתימה קריפטוגרפית לפני שהיא מעובדת.
קטינים
השירות מיועד לבעלות עסק בוגרות. איננו פונים ביודעין לילדים מתחת לגיל 18.

This service is an internal tool operated by Eldad Aharoni, a business consultant in Israel, for his own Instagram Business account @eldad_aharoni. It replies automatically to comments and direct messages that people voluntarily send to that account, and delivers the free resource they asked for. There is no public sign-up.
Data we collect
- Your Instagram user ID, username, display name and profile picture.
- The content and timestamp of the comment or message you sent to the account.
- Whether you follow the account, as reported by Instagram.
- Which messages we sent you and whether you clicked the link.
- Your email address, only if you voluntarily provide it.
We do not collect passwords, payment details, location, contacts, or any content not sent directly to this account.
How we use it
To match your keyword to the correct free resource and send it to you; to avoid sending you the same message twice; to send one reminder inside Instagram's 24-hour window if you did not open the link; to add you to our mailing list only on your request; and to count aggregate volume so we can improve the content. We do not use it for targeted advertising and we do not sell or rent it.
Processors
Vercel (hosting), a managed PostgreSQL provider (storage), and Rav Messer (Israeli email platform — email address only, and only if you gave it).
Retention
Conversation and event records are deleted after 24 months. Email addresses remain on the mailing list until you unsubscribe, using the link in every email.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time. Requests are handled within 30 days. See Data Deletion.
